This
clip down rig uses theGenie Bent Rig & Link Clips
and SRT springs in series, so that when the ABC Clip
releases the first snood, the upper snood follows.
Excellent clip down distance paternoster for cod.
Sinker not included.

For the rig body, you will need;

4 x Genie 3mm Beads
2 x Genie 45lb Snood Swivels
2 x Genie SRT Springs
1 x Genie Bent Rig Clips
1 x Genie ABC Link Clip
1 x approx. 1130mm length 60lb main line (for 830mm
body)
You will also need;
2 x 350mm snood
The Rig Body
1. Clip one of the swivels onto the bent rig clip.
2. Attach the bait clip to the ABC Link Clip, tie
the clip onto your line and thread on the rest of
the components in this order;

3. Tie
on the top Genie Link Clip, ensuring the main line
is at 830mm.
4. Hang the rig from a peg, attach
a sinker and locate the ABC clip in the slider
5. Clip a snood onto the lower swivel and
put the hook in the bait clip.
6. Hold the sinker down firmly and, with
a pair of pliers, push the crimp that is under the
1st spring assembly up the main line until the spring
is 2/3 compressed and secure it.
7. Release the hook from the bait clip,
to de-compress the spring, let the bead and crimp
above the swivel rest on it and secure the crimp.
8. Clip on the upper snood, locate the lower
snood in the ABC clip and put the upper snood hook
in the lower bent rig clip and repeat sections 6 & 7.
